Return & Refund Policy

When your payment succeeds, premium features are unlocked immediately. Because the product is delivered instantly and consumed as you use it, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. There is nothing physical to return.

We recommend using the free level of the service first, so you know what you are buying.

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

• Money was deducted but premium access was not activated.
• You were charged twice for the same plan and period.
• A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge was made by our system or the payment gateway.

We do not refund for change of mind, lack of use, exam postponement, or dissatisfaction with results.

• Email tblastp@gmail.com from your registered account address within 7 days of the charge.
• Include the Razorpay payment ID or order ID, the amount, the date, and a short description of what happened.
• We reply within 3–5 business days after reviewing the payment record.
• Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not refund the current period — your premium access stays active until that period ends, and then your account moves back to the free level. Your study history and revision schedule are not deleted when you cancel.

If a payment shows as pending, wait for the gateway to settle it before trying again — this avoids a duplicate charge. If money left your account but the payment failed, banks normally auto-reverse it within 5–7 business days. Write to us if it does not.
